Clio Client Portal
Thank you for being a client of Law Office of Pamela G. Martini, PLLC. We use a secure client portal (Clio Connect) in my law practice to improve your client experience and secure the data and information that we share with you, and that you share with us.
I will be sharing items with you via Clio Connect for the duration of your case/matter. Clio Connect is a secure client portal where our staff can share Documents, Calendar Events, Tasks, Bills, and Secure Messages. Use of the client portal has great advantages and we encourage all clients to use the client portal as your case resource.

Enhancing Communication and Saving Time
The client portal puts all of your case/matter information in one place. No more searching for emails! Your appointments, important documents, and to do lists are all in the client portal. This can prevent miscommunications and make our communication more seamless. Any information you share will automatically be saved to your matter and we can avoid endless emails and you can communicate with us at your convenience, even after hours. You are always free to call or email us, this is just another tool to improve and streamline communication.
Protecting Your Information
The client portal protects your sensitive data with bank grade security. While we try to avoid ever sending or receiving sensitive data via email, the client portal ensures that no sensitive information is transmitted in a way that can make you vulnerable to hackers or identity thieves. By sharing documents via the client portal, we can exchange information in a safe and secure fashion.
Keeping Your Legal Fees Affordable
Our firm already pays for this important tool, so pricing is built into our fees. When our clients take advantage of this technology, we all benefit!
Creating Your Clio Connect Account:
You will receive an email from us that invites you to set up your Clio Connect account. You can do this by clicking the link in the email, downloading the Clio for Clients app on your phone, or by navigating to https://clients.clio.com/login on your computer. You will then receive a password-free sign in link. Once you have logged in for the first time, you will be able to download any documents we have shared with you and reply to our messages, or upload any documents you wish to share with us.
One disadvantage of the Client Portal versus email is that you will not receive a notification if Attorney Martini is out of the office. Please allow up to two days for a response to any message you send through the Portal and if you need immediate assistance, the best option is to call the office to schedule a call back.
