Young First American Inn of Court, the Orange County Bar Association, and the Central Florida Association for Women Lawyers. A Passion for Special Needs

Having a family member with special needs has been a defining influence in the life of Attorney Pamela Martini and allowed her to know first-hand the needs of this underserved community and their families. The desire to be a strong and well-informed family advocate led her to law school after being a successful business owner for many years.

Working in the court system has also afforded opportunities to observe how families can become mired in unnecessarily expensive guardianship and probate proceedings. Attorney Martini is passionate about helping her clients avoid these pitfalls with thoughtful, individualized advance planning and if necessary, enforcing their rights through negotiation and litigation.

Opening her own law practice in 2014 is the culmination of many years of hard work and dedication to the law, her family, and her community.
